• Blackboard Service Interruption (Friday, February 26, 2016)
  

  On Saturday, March 5th, 2016 between the hours of 02:00 am to 06:00 am EST, Blackboard will perform Infrastructure maintenance.

  Blackboard will make every effort to minimize downtime during this maintenance window, but all clients should plan for intermittent availability during this time.

• Blackboard down time (Saturday, February 6, 2016)
  

  Blackboard will be down for maintenance on February 7th from 1:30AM-2:30AM.

• Instructor Contact may be missing (Monday, January 4, 2016)
  

  Some of you may be missing the Instructor Contact Page/Button in your courses.  Unfortunately, this feature caused the problems in the beginning of the Fall semester, with courses not loading.  So at the suggestion of Blackboard, we have removed the option.

  You can create a new Content Area with a new Item, to list your information (and this will follow one of the Course Standards as well)

  
  
• Instructors - Missing content? Check Edit Mode (Thursday, August 13, 2015)
  
  
  

  If you are working on your courses and appear to be missing content, make sure Edit Mode is turned ON (right hand corner, green button).

  
  If Edit Mode is turned off, this will sometimes show the course with less content due to availability settings.

  
  
  
• Trouble? Use Firefox (Sunday, January 19, 2014)
  

  If you experience any trouble using Blackboard, especially using discussion boards, try the free web browser Firefox.  Currently there is a problem with Blackboard that shows up when using Chrome or Internet Explorer, but not when using Firefox.
